Great location, near metro and slopes. Accommodating staff, always ready to help. Clean and tidy room. Delicious meals with options for dietary restrictions.

The hotel's location close to the underground station made it very easy to access all areas of the city. The staff was kind and accommodating, especially with my food restrictions. The breakfast and dinner were amazing and had enough options for me. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a very nice bathroom.

The hotel has an excellent location and the rooms are spacious with good storage. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and the staff were accommodating to dietary restrictions.

The atmosphere was not very welcoming, and the staff lacked friendliness. Unfortunately, the Christmas meals were not as good as represented in the pictures.

We had a great stay with comfortable and tidy rooms, and the hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to the underground metro. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the hotel even provided secure storage for our bikes during our mountain biking trip.

The local dishes were not always to our taste, and some of the main courses seemed to have too much sauce.

While the food was tasty, we found that some dishes were a little heavy on the sauce and there could have been more variety on Italian themed night. The seating area near the bar could also be a bit smoky in the evenings, which was a minor inconvenience.
